How do i know if my cat is in good hands
We provide regular updates on your cat's wellbeing and adjustment to the new environment. Any issues would not go unnoticed as we maintain a small staff : cats ratio.
What if my cat requires special diet and care
Each cat that boards with us would receive personalised care that caters to your feline's needs. Let us know how we can help you and your feline feel safe and secure with us and we will do our best!
will the different cats mingle with each other
Each cat would have their own individual play area and safe space, there will be no interaction between any of them to avoid disputes unless they are brought in together and stay in the same room.
cancellation and reschedule policy
An administration fee of 20% would be charged for cancellations done 3 days prior the check-in date. Any cancellations done 2 days prior to check-in date would result in a forfeiture of deposit. Reschedules can only be done 3 days before check-in, else deposit would be forfeited.
